About the complex



"Come to Your home" – this is the message that our gated complex addresses to You. We will create a living environment that will give you more than a home: it will provide you with a healthy, secure, beautiful and cozy nook that brings together all your family every day. The idea of a perfect home occupied our minds throughout the whole process: from the conception, through finding the perfect location, the architecture, the choice of materials, the control on execution and the future maintenance.
The complex comprises ten 5-story buildings over a total area of 3.5 ha, of which 2.3 ha of beautiful green gardens. The apartments are spacious and with a view to the south to contribute to the comfort of the whole family. We rely on the best, natural and high-quality materials, striving to achieve maximum energy efficiency.

The location of SoHome Residential Park has not been arbitrarily chosen. After numerous surveys and inspections, our team selected a new, modern neighborhood with a well-developed transport network, but more importantly - the location of the complex is between two of the big parks in Sofia. We didn't stop there though... we further created 2.3 ha of internal parks with lush greenery, water mirrors, without car traffic and with a view to the mountain. We do all this in striving to create an oasis of peace for your family.
Your children can play safely at the designated 7 playgrounds and children's center. The complex further features sports grounds, a fitness center, a restaurant, specialized food and non-food stores that are available to all residents and will continue to be controlled by the investor after the completion of the project because we want to keep providing the best possible environment for you in the future.
